- Currently SOSX only supports android mobile phones. However apple or windows mobile users can still receive emergency sms from SOSX.
- Location feature from mobile device must always be turned on (recommended to set as 'Battery saving' mode).Open google Map application and do a search for any location, this should certainly activate Location feature from your mobile device.
- Requires internet access.
- Google Map application or chrome browser are the recommended mobile applications to view googlemaps.
- Requires the use of sms. If you do not have sufficient funds for sending sms, please do not use SOSX to avoid overcharge phone bills.
NOTE: To use SOSX you and the contact people you add must have SOSX installed and add each other as a contact person.
Permissions used in apps===================Some people are suspicious about the permissions used in apps. I want to make it clear and explain the one used below is only for the purpose of getting SOSX to work at it's full potential

!!! Refund !!!-------------------
We do not give any refund so it is highly recommended that once you purchase SOSX you test it immediately with at least one contact person. It should take no longer than 5 mins to know if SOSX works to get the 15 minutes refund policy.
Please follow the below steps to best avoid applying for refund
1) Before installing SOSX please make sure the below are turned on
* Data - Wifi or 3G/4G is turned on.
* Location setting is turned on (recommend 'Battery saving' mode). Open google Map application and do a search for any location, this should certainly activate Location feature from your mobile device.
* Have at least one contact person who also have SOSX installed.
2) After installing SOSX test the Help feature. If it passes the below requirements then SOSX works perfectly fine
- Alarm sound should set off from both your mobile device and the contact person's mobile device too.
- The contact person then clicks on the Sound Off button and he/she will be asked to view your current location through either Map application or a browser (recommend to use Chrome browser).
3) Click on the 'Where Am I' button in the eXtra page to check that find current location is working.
